TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Free shipping is provided on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 will require a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 (AUD).

All artworks are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely.
Unframed prints and original artworks are typically shipped within 7–14 business days.
If you’ve chosen a framed print, please allow up to 30 days for production and delivery as they are custom made.
You will receive tracking details via email once your order is on its way!

All artwork is carefully packed and shipped with postal insurance to ensure that your piece is protected during transit.
In the rare event that your artwork is damaged during transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of both the packaging and the artwork.
I will assess the artwork and at my discretion, may offer a repair or refund where appropriate.

Change of mind returns will not be accepted.
Every effort has been made to photograph each artwork as accurately as possible. However, please note that slight variations in colour may occur when viewing the artwork in person, due to differences in screen displays, lighting, and individual perception.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery, and I will do my best to resolve the issue promptly.
